The process of how to order a custom install for your event.
lPlease fill out the inquiry form, include as such details as possible to better help with your quote.
If your inquiry form is submitted over the weekend you can expect me to contact you via email the following Monday. If an inquiry is submitted Monday-Thursday you can expect to hear from me within 24-48 hours.
Once we've gone over all the details of your event and you're ready to proceed with payment, I will send over the invoice as well as payment options.
Deposit Details
I do require a 40% of the total, non-refundable retainer to hold the date and order of all services, except sole rentals. Your event will not be booked until the deposit is made.
3 weeks prior to the event is ideal to book your event.
If your event is more than 5 weeks out, we offer a date deposit option to hold your date. Once details are finalized, your 40% deposit will be due 4 weeks prior to event.
Custom Installation Date Deposit $100 (excluded tax)
The Date Deposit secures the date and time of your event. Once we received your date deposit, we'll reach out to discuss details and send a finalized invoice.
